Impact of Covid 19 Update

 

Here at Mountain Red we know that you, our existing, and new customers, are the most valuable part of our team, and we thank you for your support in these continuing, challenging times.

Like many other New Zealand businesses currently, we are, as a direct consequence of the local and global impact of Covid-19, experiencing multiple factors outside of our control. That, together with unprecedented demand for our product from clients around the world has resulted in all of our current stock being sold far more quickly than we could have anticipated. What this means is that for a short period Mountain Red will be unavailable though our website.

Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience.

(Please note however that if you are signed up to a current active subscription this will continue to be sent to you as per the ordering schedule you originally signed up for.)

Be assured however that we have plenty of Deer Velvet, and this is currently being quality assurance tested, encapsulated, bottled and labelled to ensure that we can supply product very soon. As they say, good things take time, and as we manufacture to cGMP standards and test our material rigorously to guarantee quality, this take a little time as we use a number of external contractors.

We will advise you again once we have a date when product is available, and suggest that if you have not signed up as yet to receive updates please do.
