Important Notice Regarding Orders

Dear Valued Customer,

We are writing to inform you of an important update regarding the supply of Mountain Red Deer Velvet products into the United States.

As you may be aware, the U.S. Government, under recent measures introduced by the Trump Administration, has implemented changes to the collection of tariffs on goods imported from New Zealand. These new requirements have created uncertainty around the applicable duties and the process for clearance through U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

In light of this, and until we receive full clarification from our shipping partners, U.S. Customs, and other relevant agencies, we have taken the difficult decision to temporarily suspend all shipments of Mountain Red products to the United States. This step is necessary to ensure that your orders are not delayed, misclassified, or subject to unexpected costs upon arrival. 

We understand this temporary delay may cause inconvenience and disappointment, and we sincerely apologise but you will appreciate that these issues are completely out of the control of Mountain Red. Please rest assured that we are working closely with our logistics and compliance partners to resolve these issues as quickly as possible. We are fully committed to resuming supply to our U.S. customers as soon as we can do so with confidence and clarity.

For the meantime you will be unable to place any orders to a U.S. address. We felt this was a more transparent option than continuing processing orders that would then be on hold, with a huge degree of uncertainty for you, the customer.
